Our gas dryer stopped heating over a holiday weekend and Vincent was able to fit us in that Monday and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within less than an hour (and for a reasonable price). On top of being knowledgeable and skilled, he's also courteous, friendly, and responsive. If you are in need of appliance repair, look no further, Vincent and team are very responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I reached out to Elite with an issue my washer was having and left a message. Within a half hour Vincent called and gave me a few things to try first, just to see if that might work and potentially save me a little money, if I could resolve the issue myself. Unfortunately, the problem ended up being a larger issue, which Vincent ultimately was able to come out, track down and repair. There were a few Gremlins along the way to contend with, which Vincent did and now the washer is back up and running perfectly. Great experience with Vincent!  I cannot thank him enough!!  I did a little research on my local Facebook site and came across Elite Appliance Repair with great recommendations. I went onto their website, filled out an online quote and received a phone call within 5 minutes. Vincent was able to come to my house the very next morning and fix the draining error on my washing machine. Price was amazing as well. I will always use his company now and recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Vinny was a little busy to have a service call but told me to send pictures of the problem to have a look (washing machine timer an wire issue). Not only did he call me back but call me 3 times with suggestions. Turned out it was the wrong part! Saved me from buying a new washer.
